• Responsible for dynamic validations of dynamic form for each and every form field.
• Written the logic for Single page, Multipage, Skip pattern survey, save Draft, and submit functionality

Qualcomm's Treasury Department processes requests for opening new bank account and Insurance via email. Treasury department print out the document and then physically send it to each of the required approvers for a signature. During the entire process, the team manually maintains a spreadsheet with all of the various states of each request. During audits, they need to manually sift through all of their request forms and spreadsheets to generate reports. The new system will automate this process: requests will be tracked, workflows will be automated, checklists will manage tasks and reports will be generated in minutes rather than days.
